  • All quotations or estimates are subject to change until a formal contract is executed.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms shall be as outlined in indivdual contracts.
  • Late payments may incur interest or fees (e.g., 5% per annum or the maximum allowed by law).

4. Changes, Variations, and Additional Work

Any modification to the scope of work must be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Additional work may result in extra charges and extended timelines.

5. Schedule and Delays

We will complete work according to the agreed schedule, subject to reasonable delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, supply chain issues, permitting delays).

6. Licensing, Permits, and Compliance

We will maintain all required licenses and insurance, and will secure necessary permits unless otherwise agreed. You must cooperate in providing accurate information required for permit applications.

7. Warranties

All labor performed by Us will be guaranteed for a period of one (1) year unless otherwise specified in writing. Materials used follow the terms and conditions set by the manufacturers warranty.

8. Insurance and Liability

We maintain general liability and workers’ compensation insurance as required by Pennsylvania & NJ law. Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a contract in writing. Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed and materials ordered to date. Deposits may be non-refundable.

11. 10DLC Registration, SMS, and Messaging Compliance

  • 10DLC Registration: We comply with carrier and FCC rules for SMS communications under the 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) system, including registration of our brand, messaging use cases, and campaign approval through The Campaign Registry (TCR) or an authorized provider.
  • User Consent: By submitting your phone number through our website, estimate form, or other channels, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiries, project updates, scheduling, or marketing (if opted in). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message Frequency and Fees: Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.

In The event that any provision herof shall be fournd to be invald or unenforceable, the remaining portions of this contract shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid or unenforceable portion were not a part of this contract when it was executed.
