Dear Lonnie,
This is long overdue, but we wanted to thank you and
everyone at Mr. Contractor for the excellent work you did on
our kitchen remodel and backyard deck. As you may remember,
we considered different approached for a year before meeting
with you and hiring MR. Contractor to work on our kitchen.
It was absolutely the right decision. Joe and Victor, and
everyone who worked on the lighting, electric,. plumbing and
painting were professional and efficient, and the quality of
the work far exceeded our expectations. We recently put our
house on the market, and in the first few weeks we had more
inquiries about who had worked on the kitchen than offers on
the house! Although we were relocating to Washington DC and
will not be able to continue enjoying the kitchen, we would
be happy to recommend Mr. Contractor to future customers.

Dear Mr. Contractor,
I have used your company for many years and continue to recommend them to others. I had my first dealings with Kenny
Spector in 2000 when I needed new windows and also wanted a roof deck built on top of my house. I had called dozens of contractors from websites and
phonebook ads and eventually had a total of 2 show up to give me an estimate. I never heard back from either of them. When I was scheduled to have my estimate from Mr. Contractor, I was walking home and got a phone call. It was Kenny telling me that he was on his way and would be about 5 minutes late. I was shocked to even get a call after my past experience with contractors. Kenny came in, gave me a price and timeframe of how long it would take. The schedule was spot on and my windows and roof deck were completed very quickly. Since that time, Kenny and his team have installed central AC into a home, turned a small closet into a ½ bath, replaced electrical service to my home, concrete work, re-supported a bathroom floor and ‘gutted’ two bathrooms and two kitchens in my homes, just to mention a few items. I have recommended Mr. Contractor to several people and all of them seem to refer others to him as well. Kenny and the
crew are extremely responsive, give updates on what was completed today and what will be done tomorrow.
I tell anyone who has dealt with contractors that don’t show
up or call, that Mr. Contractor will change your mind and
will make you extremely happy. Unfortunately, I moved to NYC about 3 years ago. I am still trying to find a responsive contractor up here.
I wish I can convince your company to get licensed here just to do work for me. I simply cannot recommend Mr. Contractor enough.
I want to take the time to thank you again and wish your
company continued success.

Dear Steve,
I am writing to tell you what a "SUPERB" job that Joe,
Eddie and Dave did on my windows. As you know, I was very nervous about hiring a contractor
to do the capping job on the eleven windows and barge board.
The contractor that I hired prior to you made a total mess
on my windows and lost a lot of money in the process. As a
consequence, it made me sick to my stomach. You assured me that you could do the job right, but I
wasn't completely convinced. Your guys came to my house on
time and work steadily until the job was completed. They
were quick and professional. After the job was done, I was
really thrilled to see that the guys did such a beautiful
job. In addition, the caulking was neat. I am so glad that I called Mr. Contractor to do this job
and I will let people know who to call if they need a
contractor.

To who it may concern,
During November and December of 1997 my spouse and I had
our kitchen completely remodeled. Our prime contractor was
Mr. Contractor, which arranged the electrical, plumbing, and
carpentry work. The work involved about two weeks of almost
constant attention with at least two workers in the house
most of those days. The quality of the work performed along
with the building material used gave us a new kitchen that
we will both be proud of for years to come. Any homeowner
who is considering remodeling their existing kitchen within
budget for working people and desiring quality workmanship
could no do any better that to have the work performed by
Mr. Contractor.

Dear Lonnie,
Thank you for the professional manner in which you
handled the misunderstanding concerning my patio doors. As
both a Lawyer and a Real estate broker I have dealt with a
lot of different contractors. Joe and John make a great
team. They work cleanly, quickly and do a fantastic job. I
